Mobile Event operates a complete staging inventory: Allustage modular stage up to 60 m², Main Roof Structures of 12.5 m × 10 m × 8 m, Prolyte and Athletic truss, plus Chainmaster chain hoists and professional lifting towers. Built to ISO 45001 (occupational safety), installed and operated by our own team, with no subcontracting.

Modular stage for corporate conferences and galas
Allustage modular stage up to 60 m², 2×1 m decks rated at 750 kg/m², adjustable height. Podium configurations for speakers, a main stage or a catwalk, with stairs, railings and black skirting. For corporate conferences, galas and indoor product launches, from 100 to 2,500 participants.

Roof structures for festivals and outdoor events

Rigging and professional lifting
Chainmaster BGV-D8 chain hoists (8 units, 1,000 kg / 24 m each), ULK 650XL lifting towers (6.5 m / 400 kg) and ELC-506 (5.2 m / 250 kg), manual chain blocks of 1,000 kg. All operations comply with ISO 45001, certified occupational safety.
How do you size the staging for your event
Staging is sized on four variables: the stage size (m² and height), the weight of the suspended equipment (LED, sound, lighting), the event type (indoor or outdoor) and the space constraints (ceiling height, available surface, load-in access). For a corporate conference with a small stage of 16-32 m² and minimal hanging, the staging is simple. For a gala with a 40-60 m² stage and complex LED plus lights hanging, you need a dedicated truss design. For an outdoor festival, we add a roof structure with wind load calculations. The Mobile Event team calculates the configuration and the loads in the briefing, in line with ISO 45001 standards.
