LED screen rental for events — 300 m² of owned inventory
We operate over 300 m² of LED screen: 200 m² indoor and outdoor in 2.9 mm and 3.9 mm pitch, plus 100 m² of Flex-Extra LED at 2.9 mm pitch for flexible projections on curved surfaces. We are the only company in Romania with Creative LED, panels with non-conventional shapes (corners, triangles, arcs).

LED screen for indoor events
Rectangular 3.9 mm pitch LED panels for corporate conferences, galas, product launches and executive presentations. We use outdoor-rated panels that also work indoors without compromise. Minimum recommended viewing distance: 4 m. Scalable configurations from 6 m² to over 100 m² in a single event.

Outdoor LED screen, 3.9 mm pitch
For large halls and outdoor spaces, at medium and long viewing distances. Used at concerts, festivals, large public events and outdoor galas. Built for variable outdoor conditions.

Flexible LED screens (Xtra Series) for curved shapes
In 2026 we added 304 Flexx Xtra Series P2.9 outdoor LED cabinets to our inventory: the flexible LED system that allows cylinders of 1.27 m diameter, ±45° arcs, S-shapes and 3D builds. Unlike rigid LED screens, Xtra Series uses mechanical locking between cabinets and a magnetic mounting system, allowing natural curves for creative stage designs.

Creative LED indoor and outdoor: non-conventional shapes, the only one in Romania
Special-shape LED panels (corners, triangles, arcs) for non-conventional LED builds: round, fragmented, curved installations or panels integrated into the set design. Mobile Event is the only company in Romania with this type of inventory. Typical indoor and outdoor applications: 360° stage branding, product launches with LED built into the set, architectural installations, one-of-a-kind stage visuals.
How do you choose the right pitch?
Pitch is the distance between pixels on the LED panel, measured in millimetres.
The rule: the smaller the pitch, the higher the perceived resolution at short distance.
The minimum recommended viewing distance is roughly pitch × 1 metre.
For 2.9 mm pitch that means 3 m minimum, for 3.9 mm it means 4 m minimum.
At longer distances, the eye no longer tells the two pitches apart.
That is when you optimise for cost and visibility, not resolution.
