Show calling for corporate conferences with multiple speakers
Live switching between cameras, slide deck and video clips. Cues synced with intros and outros. Operated on a Blackmagic ATEM mixer with Extron Matrix HDMI source management. For conferences of 500 to 2,500 participants with a dense agenda and diverse video sources.

Syncing music + video + stage lighting + LED display. Cues for award segments, sponsor intros, thank-you videos. Audio coordination (DiGiCo SD 21) with video switching for impact moments. For galas of 200 to 1,500 participants with elaborate production.

Unified indoor setup plus multi-platform online stream: YouTube, LinkedIn, Teams, Zoom, Webex, Vimeo. Dedicated audio mix for the online audience, video direction for remote participants, integrated Q&A across the room and the online chat. Indoor audio and stream synced in real time.

AV control for international conferences with simultaneous translation
Complete simultaneous translation systems: booths, wireless receivers and dedicated technicians for each language channel. Integrated with the AV control room for parallel feeds. For international congresses, medical conferences, symposia with participants from several countries.
How do you size the AV control for your event?
AV control is sized on three variables: the number of speakers and video sources, the complexity of the flow (single-track or synced multi-track) and the event format (in-person, hybrid or online-first). For a conference with a single speaker and a slide deck, a standard control setup with a simple mixer is enough. For a gala with 5 video segments, live music and 3 cameras, you need Blackmagic ATEM multicamera control and Extron source management. For hybrid events, we add live encoding and a dedicated audio mix for the online audience. For international conferences, we add translation booths and wireless receivers. The Mobile Event team calculates the exact configuration in the briefing.
