Event lighting: Martin, ADJ and a 480+ piece inventory
Mobile Event operates a stage lighting inventory of over 480 pieces: Martin moving heads (Rush MH 3 Beam, Mac 101, Mac 700 profile), ADJ (Vizi Beam, Matrix Beam, Mega Bar), FOS (Orion, Linea Zoom), Arri 1KW and 650W, plus effects (haze, fog, kabuki, UV) and MA Onyx NX4 and Martin M2GO consoles. Our own equipment, installed and operated by our team, with no subcontracting.

Light design for corporate conferences and galas
Standard indoor setup: Martin Rush MH 3 Beam (30) and Mac 101 (28), indoor LED PARs (30), Eurolite LED bars (24). Plus profile spots with zoom lenses (12) and fixed lenses (6) for speaker highlights and logo projections. For conferences of 200 to 2,500 participants, corporate galas, product launches.

Light shows for outdoor festivals and concerts
Heavy hitters: Martin Mac 700 profile (12), Martin outdoor 600 (4), ADJ Mega Bar (36), ADJ Vizi Beam 5R (16). Plus fog machines (Eurolite NSF-350, JEM Magnum pro haze, FOS water low fog), sky curtains, Eurolite COB PRO strobes (46), follow spots. For festivals and concerts of 5,000 to 10,000 participants.

Light design and effects for launches and brand activations
Creative-dramatic setup: ADJ Matrix Beam (20), Werkmann Kabuki System, mirror globes (50 cm and 1 m), Magic FX Stadium Shot, Varytec UV400 Gun Blacklight (6), ADJ Bubble Blast, FOS water low fog. For reveal moments, brand activations and experiential events with high-end visual impact.

FOS LED PAR IP65 outdoor (24), Stairville Stage Flood QCL 48×10W (24), FOS LED profile 200W (12), Arri 1KW (12) and 650W (12). MA Onyx NX4, Martin M2GO and M1 consoles, plus Martin MPC and MADRIX for LED pixel mapping. Building illumination, outdoor set designs and professional control at any complexity.

For outdoor events (festivals, concerts, open-air brand activations, car launches, sports events), Mobile Event operates a dedicated outdoor lighting inventory built to withstand variable conditions.
Outdoor fixtures, IP65 rated
Martin outdoor 600 (4 units), FOS LED PAR IP65 (24), Stairville Stage Flood QCL 48×10W (24), FOS LED profile 200W (12). All fixtures are IP65 certified for resistance to dust, humidity, rain and temperature variations.
Guaranteed operation in wind conditions up to the calculated structural limits.
Structures and installation for outdoor
Main Roof structures of 12.5×10×8 m with load distribution calculations compliant with ISO 45001 for wind load. Truss systems on ground support for ambient and architectural lighting.
All installation operations run with a certified rigger and an evacuation plan for extreme weather.

For an outdoor festival or concert (5,000-10,000 participants): Martin Mac 700 profile (12), Martin outdoor 600 (4), ADJ Mega Bar (36), ADJ Vizi Beam 5R (16), plus fog machines (Eurolite NSF-350, JEM Magnum pro haze), strobes and follow spots.
For an outdoor brand activation or a car launch: ADJ Matrix Beam, FOS water low fog for ground-level effects, mirror globes, kabuki system for reveal moments.
Exterior architectural lighting
For buildings, set designs and outdoor installations: FOS LED PAR IP65 with DMX control, Stairville Stage Flood for large surfaces, plus Martin MPC and MADRIX consoles for LED pixel mapping.
RGB+W color lighting with dynamic programming for buildings and large-scale outdoor brand experiences.
The Mobile Event team assesses the weather conditions, configures the outdoor inventory to match the event scale and operates the show with a dedicated engineer throughout.
How do you size the light design for your event?
Light design is sized on four variables: the event type (conference, gala, festival, launch), the scale (from 200 to 10,000 participants), the space (indoor or outdoor, ceiling height, surface area) and the complexity of the show (static or with animated cues). For a corporate conference, the standard setup is 8-12 Martin Rush plus 6-8 Mac 101 plus ambient LED PARs. For a gala with award segments, we add Mac 700 profiles and Matrix Beam for reveal moments. For large outdoor festivals, we move up to Mac 700 plus outdoor 600 plus Mega Bar plus sky curtains plus strobes plus fog. The Mobile Event team programs the cues on MA consoles and syncs them with sound and video in the briefing.
