Mobile Event covers the entire technical side of any event with the 6 services below. We work fully end-to-end: one partner, one contract, no coordination across multiple vendors.
LED screens
300 m² of owned inventory, 2.9 and 3.9 mm pitch. Indoor, outdoor, plus dual-use Flex-Extra and Creative LED for non-conventional shapes. The only company in Romania with Creative LED.
Staging
Allustage modular stage 120 m², festival-grade roof structures 12.5×10×8 m, Prolyte and Athletic truss, plus Chainmaster chain hoists. ISO 45001 compliant.
Sound
A complete L-Acoustics system (Kudo, Kara II, Kiva, SB28). Plus DiGiCo SD 21 and a Sennheiser and Shure mic library of 50+ items. Capacity up to 10,000 pax.
Video projection
Panasonic PT-DZ21K2 (21,000 lumens), Avstumpfl screens up to 12×4 m including a curved version, GhosT-OLED 55" transparent touch, Samsung 4K up to 85".
AV direction
Blackmagic ATEM multicamera switching, Extron source management, multi-platform live streaming (Teams, Zoom, YouTube, LinkedIn, Hopin), simultaneous interpretation on 4-8 channels.
Lighting
480+ fixtures: Martin (Rush MH 3 Beam, Mac 101, Mac 700 profile), ADJ, FOS, Arri. Plus effects (haze, fog, kabuki, UV) and MA Onyx NX4 + Martin M2GO consoles.

Full event logistics
Mobile Event covers the complete logistics for corporate events: equipment transport, on-site build, live operation, derig and return. All with our own team, no subcontracting.

Transport and build
An inventory of 480+ items moved with our own fleet. A pre-event build plan with timing for rigging, configuration and testing.
The installation team arrives at the venue at least 12-24 hours before the event, depending on the complexity of the production.

Operational coordination
A dedicated project manager for every event.
Direct communication with the organiser, the venue and the other suppliers (catering, decor, photography). A complete technical briefing with cues, an evacuation plan and backup for unpredictable conditions.

Derig and return
After the event: derig with our own team, equipment inventory and checks, return to the warehouse. For touring events or multiple venues, an optimised transport plan between locations.
