100 m² of outdoor Creative LED flex — the first and only inventory of its kind operated in Romania. Conformable, IP-rated modules dedicated to curved, cylindrical and architectural set designs and outdoor activations with non-standard geometry.

How we work: a 5-step technical process
Site survey & technical recce
Acoustic measurements, rigging point assessment, available power, logistics plan.
Technical design & CAD
Set design sketches, lighting plot, rigging plan, load calculations, power schema.
Pre-production & pre-rigging
Test assembly in the warehouse, LED calibration, L-Acoustics alignment, console programming.
On-site implementation
Assembly per the technical plan, final calibration, cue-sheet programming, integration with the show calling teams.
Live support & derigging
Technical operation for the duration of the event, active backup, teardown per the safety protocol.

Mobile Event is certified to four international ISO standards, issued by ESQ (IMAB accreditation), valid until 26.03.2027. In practice, this quadruple certification means process compliance, environmental responsibility, protection of clients' sensitive data (essential for work under NDA) and operational safety for the technical teams on site.
